What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are shown in CAD (Canadian) dollars.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We work with Parcel Post to provide the best shipping rates Worldwide. For orders over $200 (before taxes and shipping) within North America, shipping is free. For the rest of the world, shipping costs may vary. 

 

How long does it take to process and to ship orders?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of being received. Shipping time is extra. Orders are shipped via Parcel Post and you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. For any lost product(s) due to an incorrect delivery address, we will not be held responsible. 

 

How long do orders take to arrive?

Once shipped, orders take 2-7 business days to arrive for most addresses in North America. For remote addresses and any other countries, shipping time may be longer.

 

Where do the orders ship from?

All products are shipped from our Toronto headquarters.

 

Are taxes included in the price of the product?

No. Prices shown are before tax. Depending on your shipping address, taxes will be displayed and charged at checkout. Taxes are only charged for shipments within Canada. Shipments outside of Canada are tax exempted.

 

Are there any additional costs for International Orders? 

All international orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes depending on the country. We are not responsible for these charges as they are implemented by the receiving country's customs and the customer will be charged accordingly.

 

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

If there is an issue with the product or size, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase to orders within North America. All products purchased from other countries will be final sale. All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn with original tags. Items not in this condition, will not be accepted. Sale and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For orders with items that have sold out, we give the option to refund your purchase or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

 

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 calendar days of purchase date - please allow 5-7 days for return mail. Once the order date is past the 30 days, all sales will be final.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact customer service at customerservice@oceaniclifestyle.com to request an exchange or refund. A return label will be created for your order. Please place all return items in a sealed package and apply the return label for shipping.
